TRUANT MINIMALISM is not decorative, polite, or done, but direct, exposed, raw, whimsical and rudimentary. It exists outside of narrative embellishing, regularity, and anything institutional, and we like it that way because that’s where potential and promise live, too. Truant minimalism can get strange and rough, and yes it’s probably flirting with you. It’s better unplanned and best if you get caught. Why be simple when you can be raw?
